Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or connecting an account to Orbit Workspace, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using the platform.
2. Compliance with Meta Platform Terms
Our service interfaces directly with Instagram via the official Meta Graph API. You agree to comply with all Meta Platform Policies, Community Standards, and Developer Terms at all times when publishing content, scheduling Reels, or interacting with audiences.
3. Intellectual Property & User Content
You retain 100% ownership of all images, videos, captions, and creative media uploaded or scheduled through the platform. Orbit Workspace claims no intellectual property rights over any content you publish.
4. Termination & Disconnection
You may terminate access at any time by disconnecting your Instagram accounts in the Accounts tab. Upon termination, all stored access tokens are deleted immediately.
